leaking air conditionernon-working phone

The air conditioning leaked RIGHT onto the floor. I found that quite annoying. The cocktails were terrible TOO. I left them unfinished and I'm NOT paying for THAT. the phone didn't work. every time I needed something I HAD to walk ALL the way to reception. The staff WERE friendly though.

The pools were fine. There seemed to be enough space for everyone to swim.

The room i stayed in felt old. some things were really worn out. I would not like to have put my baby in the baby born. the rooms are getting a bit outdated and not as clean as they could have been.

i enjoyed the pools. they were excellent. the staff was very friendly and helpful! i found plenty of sun loungers for everyone. the location was great, right on the beach with activities and restaurants.

the breakfast was decent (especially the pastries).

The air conditioning in my studio leaked water onto the floor the entire time. my bed was two small beds pushed together, so it was uncomfortable with a gap in the middle. the cocktails were also not good, and the fruit juice was equally bad. I left them unfinished.

I found the multiple pools a huge plus! My kids loved the water slide, and I appreciated that breakfast was included. It made mornings easy. I also liked the towel service. The staff member offered us great tips about local markets.
